Overall good condition, however, the zipper was professionally replaced on the front, and unfortunately it was installed on the opposite sides, so the babywearing inserts do not attach on the front. But if you are good with sewing, this could be reversed so that the inserts work on the front.
Otherwise, it still works for back wearing, and comes with 2 sizes of inserts. Also a very nice jacket for wearing as is without the inserts.
