This is in its original packaging however I am not sure if it is used or not. So I am listing it in used condition. It has some rusty spots on it as well as some chip like marks on the base (see pics) I’m not sure if that’s a manufacturing defect or not. The felt is coming loose on one of the corners on the underside of the holder. The box it came in is severely damaged.
