Designed and machined a CAT40 tool changing post to make tool swaps faster and more convenient at the machine.
This design includes relief for CAT40 end mill holders that use a side set screw.
Provide an American Made product at an affordable price.
I have 13 pre-production units available from my initial run. These are made from hot rolled steel with black oxide finish. Same design, same functionality-just a different material than the final production run.
The production run will be made from 4140 PH for strength and durability while having a black oxide finish for better corrosion/wear resistance.
Final production run will be priced at $75 per part.
The pre-production run is priced at $60 per part.
