This is a very versatile jacket - you can use just the inner one on its own, or just the outer shell, for its water-repellent coating and when the weather gets a little cooler. As it gets really cold, you can just button the two jackets into one for a perfect snuggle. The inner jacket is as new, we have not really used it. The outer is in a very good shape but I indicate good on the description as there is some wear on the sleeves. Beyond this, it is in great shape. It has reflective stripes as well.
