How to install a band saw tires1.Disassemble the wheel from the saw.2.Remove the old tires and clean any debris and adhesive from the wheel.3.Try to place a part of tire on the wheel and fix it by spring clamp, and then use another spring clamp to fix the tires on the other side, as symmetrically as you can.4.Stretching the tire onto the wheel completely. You may need to use a pry tool to help the tire onto the wheel. Be sure to avoid sharp edges. Take down the spring clamps.5.Even out the stretch. Do this by inserting a round object such as a dowel rod between the tire and the wheel and rotating it around the wheel a couple times.6.Re-assemble your saw and set it up according to your saw's owner's manual.
